Daniel Hart

Daniel edits Casino Danmark and writes its casino reviews. He covers the offshore casinos that people living in Denmark sign up to when they cannot, or do not want to, use MitID.

What he does here

Daniel writes in English for readers who are new to how gambling works in Denmark: people who moved here for work or study, partners of Danish residents, and anyone who finds the Danish-language guides hard to follow. Most of the questions he gets are practical. Why does every Danish casino ask for MitID? Is it legal to play somewhere else? Do I pay tax on a win?

For every casino on the site he reads the full bonus terms and general terms, looks up the licence and the company behind it, and goes through the complaint records on AskGamblers and Casino Guru. Withdrawal limits, weekend processing, caps on bonus wins and inactivity fees go into the review, because those are the details that decide what a player actually gets back.

How he writes a review

Money and independence

Casino Danmark earns affiliate commission when readers open an account through links on the site. That money pays for the site. It does not decide the content of a review: the limits, complaints and drawbacks are written up the same way for every casino. See the affiliate disclosure for details.

Corrections

If you spot an outdated limit, a changed bonus or a mistake, write via the contact page. Corrections are checked and added to the review with a new date.
